Cheshire Academy will host its second artist in its visiting artist series on Nov. 8 from 7-9 p.m. at the Kohn-Joseloff Gallery.
Faustin Adeniran, a refugee from Nigeria, is a contemporary artist who creates his work from materials that would otherwise be considered trash or recyclable. Faustin says through extensive historical research and deep observation of cultural trends, his work takes a critical view of social and political issues. He adds, his vision is to encourage, educate, and inspire positive social impact through his artwork.
Faustin will take part in an artist discussion on Nov. 8 and his work will be on display from Nov. 8 through Jan. 4.
