Cheshire Academy placed 14th out of 48 high schools at the Connecticut Science Olympiad on March 30 at UConn. It was the Academy’s best finish in the program’s six years.

“This really shows the growth of the program,” said science teacher Ray Cirmo, who oversees Cheshire Academy’s Science Olympiad team. “I’m so proud of our students’ hard work and dedication. They have been working since September. We’re hoping for a top 10 finish next year.”
